Refund policy

Security Deposit: A fully refundable security deposit of $500 is required. If any Pick Me

tokens or capsules are used, 90% must be returned, or a $100 fee will be charged per

category. If custom graphics have been printed, $100 will be retained from the deposit.

 

Cancellation: Customers must cancel 30 days before the event to receive a full refund.

Cancellations between 30 days and 24 hours before event will receive a 50% deposit

refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of the event will receive no refunds.

● If custom graphics have been printed, $100 will be retained from the deposit.

● Refunds for Malfunction: It is assumed that the machine will have an operating

percentage of 80% during your event. If the machine is operable for less than 80% of theevent, a 50% refund will be given. If operable for less than 50% of the event, a full refund

will be given.
